3) New York Pizza
New York Pizza is a regular for Aspen highschoolers, located at 409 E Hyman Ave. Online, New York Pizza was met with primarily positive reviews, which were met with either four or five out of five stars for food and value\; however, there were a few negative reviews due to the fact that some people felt that the value and quality of the food only deserved a one or a two.
For example, one review stated “I was quite disappointed. The counter help was surly and unresponsive, the selection of slices all appeared cold and past their born-on dates. When I inquired “how long for a pepperoni slice?” the clerk said ” twenty minutes”. Just a thought, but if a pizza place is going to charge $5 for a slice, wouldn’t it be nice if they had one ready, or at least “almost” ready.”
The menu features their predesigned pizzas, such as The White Garden pizza, or their Margharita pizza, as well as an option to design your own pizza with over 15 toppings to choose from, including sausage, breakfast bacon, black olives, or jalapenos. However, pizza is not the only thing on the menu. New York Pizza also features numerous salads and sandwiches.
